Pricing and payment

30 minute $60 45 minute $80 60 minute $100 90 minute $140 Cash and Venmo preferred. Credit, debit, HSA and FSA accepted. Therapeutic practice no gratuities expected.
What to wear

For sports massage & stretching wear shorts or athletic/compression , t-shirt, tank, sports bra etc. Dress down to access areas as needed for massage with covering provided.
Parking and building entry

I recommend using the Regions Parking Garage accessed on 4th St & Broadway where during business hours I can validate you (bring ticket inside). Metered parking is also available in front of the building on Capitol Avenue & Spring Street (free after 6pm and on weekends). Enter the building on the 2nd floor I am inside CAM Collaborative Suite 242.
